Garmin Oregon bike mount
thingiverse
I modified the Garmin base with cuts on both sides of the lock to make mounting smoother and easier. I also tweaked the bike clip for simpler attachment and removal. The Garmin base dock is now more centered, providing a stable platform. I lengthened the lock latch for added flexibility and made it longer to simplify unmounting the Garmin base. This clip fits 22.2mm handlebars perfectly. To secure the clip, use an M6x30 to M6x40 bolt. The knurled nut features an integrated M6 clinch nut for added strength. I designed this modification with BoomZilla1's original design in mind, and it works flawlessly on my Oregon 600 when printed in PLA. However, PETG printing may require some grinding to achieve the same level of quality.
