Sun Shield for Garmin Montana 650 GPS Device, Featuring Camera Cover The shield secures tightly around the device, shielding the display from direct sunlight, making it easier to read in bright conditions. Print Settings Specifications Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer Model: Simple Black Raft Requirement: Not Necessary Support System: Not Required Resolution Setting: 0.2 Millimeters Infill Density: 20 Percent Important Notes for Successful Printing The bolt holes on the clamps require a drill of the same size to pass through them, allowing removal of a thin infill that makes printing without supports possible. A brim will prevent lifting or curling of the base during the printing process. Excellent results have been achieved using these settings with Kapton tape: Temperatures: Extruder Temperature 220c (Layer 1), 200c (Layers 2 and onwards) Bed Temperature 85c (Layer 1), 70c (Layers 2 and onwards) Brim Size: 10mm Layer Thickness: 0.2mm Post-Printing Instructions Step 1 Remove the brim, which should easily snap off. Clean up any rough edges with a craft knife if necessary. Step 2 Run a 4.5mm drill bit through the holes in the clamp parts to remove the thin infill. This deliberate infill allows the parts to print without requiring supports. Step 3 Assemble the sun shield around your GPS device using: Four M4x30mm Socket head Cap screws Four M4 Nylock Nuts Align the shield with the screen and then tighten the screws to secure the shield around the device.
