Garmin holder for Suzuki V-Strom 650
thingiverse
I designed a custom Garmin Nuvi 1350 mount for my dad's 2017 Suzuki V-Strom 650 motorcycle. This mount attaches directly to the bike's original windscreen holders using its existing screw holes. The mount consists of three separate components: the right arm, left arm, and main unit. It comes with a pre-drilled hole for routing the Garmin power cable. Before assembly, you'll need to superglue the parts together - this works best. Manually drill out the mounting holes on the arms (6mm diameter) to prepare them for installation. To secure the mount, use two screws. You can also add soft stickers to the main unit to reduce vibrations during use. Additionally, place a thin layer of rubber between the holder and the motorcycle's control panel to prevent scratches on this sensitive area. That's it - now you're good to go!
