Garmin GPS replacement bracket for ball swivel

This is a replacement bracket specifically designed for Garmin Nuvi 255. The bracket attaches to the ball end of the windshield mount and securely holds the Garmin device in place. To assemble this bracket, you will need three distinct components that require printing. Two of these components form the "arms" of the bracket, which are the parts that physically interact with and support the GPS unit. These arms should be fit together and slid onto the ends of the main bracket. When I printed these components, I encountered difficulty achieving a precise fit, necessitating some trimming to ensure a proper connection. Support Arms 2 proved more effective for me in this regard. Following dry fitting, the arms can be securely attached using glue or welding techniques. In my case, the parts fit together snugly without additional reinforcement.
