I kept losing the little arm to this bean bag GPS mount, so I decided it was time to stop buying replacements and create my own version instead. The design is printed in three parts that can be easily super-glued together with excellent results. To achieve great performance, you'll want to print this with a material that has a high melting point - ABS is a good choice, as it worked perfectly even in the scorching Texas heat. The support design I used has served me well so far, but your experience may vary, and that's okay. If you'd like to try something different, I've included an unsupported model for you to experiment with. I'll keep this file updated if there's interest and a need for further modifications in the future.
