I recently had the misfortune of my iGPSPORT iGS618 GPS unit mount breaking, so I took it upon myself to design a sturdy replacement using Autodesk Inventor. The new mount is comprised of three distinct parts that are expertly assembled with a bolt and small nail/axle. Each part was carefully crafted to ensure they are easy to print and robust enough to withstand the stresses of driving on rough gravel roads, despite being made from brittle PLA material. This innovative design should provide excellent support, even under challenging conditions. The mount is specifically designed to fit snugly onto standard road or MTB round handlebars with a diameter of 32 mm.
