My GPS window suction cup lost its suction years ago. And after being tired of it flopping around I decided to make a custom mount for it to sit on the center console of my 2016 Kia Forte. It sits just in front of the shift lever, nicely out of the way, yet easy to reach and glance at. As an added bonus, this location is right above the power outlet and Aux jack for plugging it in. The mount has an opening for cable management. The center console's door can be closed up tight to the mount or opened to allow for access inside. I printed it in black PLA which matched the look of the center console. So far I have been very pleased with the results.Tip: If the ball ends up being a little loose, wrapping it in a square of vinyl electrical tape will solve the problem.NOTE: Scale models by 2540% to convert them to millimeters.
