Design a custom Garmin 60 or Astro mount for your 1-inch (25 mm) motorbike handlebars by printing the cradle and knob. The backing plate, made from steel, can be printed now and designed later if needed. Use 6mm bolts and nuts to secure the mount in place. To attach the GPS unit to the back of the mount, glue a 4/40 screw into the knob, which will then fit snugly onto the GPS device.
