2017/03/17 Update Garmin_GoPro_318Clamp_V2.FCStd is a FreeCAD (https://www.freecadweb.org/) project file, and it's an OpenSource 3D CAD. The original design was for a 31.8mm handlebar with M4x16 screw, but you can easily customize it by editing the "BikeClamp" & "ScrewSet" spreadsheet in FreeCAD. For example, you can use 26mm + M5 screw instead. The junction broke, so I gave up and bought a commercial one instead. However, the basic components worked fine, and I'd like to share them with you so you can take and remix them. I used 0.2mm layer height, 80% infill, PLA, but feel free to try your own settings. A_318_Clamp_with_Hinge.STL: Use one M4 screw with a nut B_GoPro_Mount.STL: The base plate is 18x18x2mm BTW, my action cam is an SJ9000, and I think it should work on GoPros too. C_Garmin_Edge_Mount.STL: The outer ring radius is 18mm, and the height is 4.5mm Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Steel Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 80%
