I'm new to the K40 laser cutter and tried a somewhat simple design on my way to a home cockpit. I projected the faceplate to 2D to cut it. I replaced all extruded text. I cleaned all buttons from extrusions and rounded the edges a bit. I enlarged the buttons by 2mm so they stand out better from the 3mm acrylic. I used white resin and acrylic, spraypainted it black and laser engraved it afterwards.
