I own a Garmin Fenix 3 and have a few different watch band straps, steel, leather, and rubber. I found it frustrating to loosen and tighten the screws without support. It was easy to strip the screws. The workstand makes loosening and tightening the screws easier by aligning the screwdrivers and keeping them in a straight line. In this way, the screws will survive longer without damage. The rib is low enough so that the workstand can be used when replacing the crystal or bezel. When replacing the watch band, it's helpful to know that the dots in the Bergslöpanna logotype indicate the direction of the strap with a buckle on it. It often confuses me.
