After two years, my armband begins to disintegrate. So, I create the replacement parts using FreeCAD and print them out. The first version has edges that are slightly too sharp, so I refine them by rounding them a bit more. I print this at .1 layer height in TPU material. All speeds are set to 20 mm/s.
