My first GPS device was a trusty Garmin Etrex Legend ('Little Blue') many years ago, used exclusively for geocaching adventures. I always had a deep affection for that rugged device and this creation is a heartfelt tribute to it, designed as a unique cache trade item. The central compass area is carefully crafted to snugly fit a 12mm button compass, easily obtainable from online retailers like Aliexpress or Amazon. To ensure a secure fit, I apply a small amount of glue for added peace of mind. In the photos, you'll notice that the filament has a translucent blue hue, closely replicating the original color scheme. However, a solid colored version showcases the intricate details more effectively.
