You need 2 M3 hex nuts (max profile height 3.5mm) 2 screws M3*16mm and a slicer that lets you Pause at height (like Cura) In my mount the 2 pieces look separated because I had only 1 screw of that lenght. In the files I left 1.5mm of space between the parts. It does flex a bit, but doesn't seem fragile. There is almost no play in the Garmin locking sistem, and I'm pretty sure you'll never lose it. anyway use the lace. The extimated plastic weight is 12g, plus the alloy nuts and the titanium screws I think it weights around 16g
