Garmin Edge 20/25 case
thingiverse
I accidentally dropped my Garmin Edge 20 on a road, causing a noticeable dent in its casing. To safeguard it, I purchased an affordable AliExpress rubber case (see the third image). Unfortunately, the case is too big, resulting in it falling off when riding through uneven terrain. To prevent this from happening again, I decided to create a snug-fitting case myself. For those who want to modify the design, I've included the OpenSCAD file. My 3D printer isn't perfectly calibrated, which might lead to slight measurement discrepancies (easily adjustable in the OpenSCAD settings). The case was printed using a thickness of 2 mm, as specified in the OpenSCAD settings. While it appears sturdy enough, I'm uncertain if this will be sufficient. The border cutouts may be prone to brittleness. In future prints, I plan to increase the width (to 41 mm) and set a thicker thickness of 2.5-3 mm. ## EDIT ## I've updated the files to reflect the increased width and thickness. After printing this new version, I found it easier to remove the case to connect to the USB cable.
