This is a "cap rack" for holding the rubber weather protection caps for Garmin Ecomap Ultra models. This keeps the rubber caps from flapping in the breeze when the Ecomap is mounted. Original idea from Mike Tripp in the Garmin Fishing Electronics Facebook group. Mike sells his design on Facebook marketplace: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/595714815840213/ My design is without the fancy logo/text Mike included. I think you even get some proper 3M double sided tape if you order from Mike.
