Garmin bicycle satnav spacer for tapered handlebars
thingiverse
The mount of my Garmin Edge 200 sat at an odd angle due to the tapering of my handlebar. It also sat too low, causing me to hit the stem whenever I tried to attach the GPS device to it, so I created this spacer. The wider part of the taper is approximately 25mm in diameter, while the narrower section measures around 23mm; the distance between these two measuring points is a consistent 34mm. Both measurements were taken at the handlebar. I added an extra millimeter to the cutout on the spacer for cushioning (I used a piece of old motorcycle tubing). It can be a bit tricky to print due to its curved shape. I opted for a raft and supports, which worked out quite well. Designed using Onshape.
