Holder for 35mm Bike Handlebars: A Customized Remix I'm unsure where I sourced this design, but I've adapted it to fit snugly on a 35mm handlebar with a short stem. To secure it in place, simply use two cable ties to fasten the holder firmly to the bar. For added stability and protection, insert a thin strip of bicycle tube between the holder and the bar.
