We use a food-to-the-door service that sends us a bulb of garlic every week, which ends up piling up some weeks due to its regular delivery schedule. To make the most of the garlic, we utilize the old cloves first by dropping them into the tower. This approach involves pulling out the oldest ones from the bottom. We've discovered that this method could potentially work for other items like ping-pong balls or anything else that comes to mind.
