If you've lost a Y-cube cap...you can print a replacement. The only problem is trying to get a material that doesn't transmit light. You may have to layer tape or paint the exterior surface to get it to block light.No...I do not make these for sale. This is only for people that are into 3d printing and can produce them on their own for personal non-commercial use.UPDATE: If you print with a filament that is letting light thru...here's a trick. You'll need your Gardyn Cover, an empty Y Pod. a piece of aluminum foil, and scissors.Hold the Y Pod upright and lay a piece of foil across the top. Then press the top of the Garden cover upside down over the foil to press the foil into the Y Pod. If you can...hold the Y Pod in your hand and use an index finger to keep pressure on the garden cap. Trim the foil around the circumference of the cover...then press that edge over the lip of the cover. You're basically giving the Garden cover a foil covering..to prevent ambient light from getting into the Gardyn and boosting algae growth. The foil doesn't look half bad either. We routinely harvest large Lettuces everytime we refresh. The 5 Gardyn Covers that came with the Gardyn just aren't enough. Getting larger plants out help allow light to pass to the new tiny plants...so they can get in line to be harvested. Photo added with foil.
