Gardinenenstangen Stopper / Curtain Rod Plug

This is a replacement part designed to prevent the curtain from sliding out of the rod. The old part, which was white and no longer flexible, had broken apart completely. To achieve the necessary rigidity for insertion into the rail and removal, PETG was used. Additionally, an end stop was incorporated to limit compression until it breaks, allowing for smooth entry and exit from the rail. A smaller version of this design is also available on Tinkercad.
