Gardena Spannmutter für 1/2" Schnellkupplung

My Gardena 1/2" Quick Connects are slowly getting old, and the Spanner Bolts are breaking off or tearing loose, causing the hose to no longer sit securely on the connector. Unfortunately, Gardena does not offer these bolts as a replacement part. So I made my own after this part from Altima, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2886880, did not fit. It was not easy determining the thread size and pitch, but after a few prototypes, it finally worked. I have also loaded the Fusion360 file. I printed it with PETG at 0.20mm resolution, 25% infill, no border or supports. If the bolt is difficult to screw in, you can apply silicone spray or similar to the thread, and it will be easier. At least for me, that worked. So much fun printing! Update February 25, 2019, 9:12 PM New Version Gardena Mutter V5.3 STL and f3d Fusion360!! Reason: The previous version was not securing the hose enough because the diameter at the back was too large. This has been changed in V5.3 and the edges have been rounded.
