Replacement for static Gardena / Husqvarna rearwheel by a furniture wheel with sealed bearing mod. Following steps and materials are required: Print both .stl files with 100 % infill or wall, bottom, top layers that high it gets solid. Drill out the rivet of a cheap 30 mm furniturewheel with an open bearing. Use a sealed 606-2RS (6 mm x 17 mm x 6 mm) bearing instead. The holder and bearing shield have an oversized seat with 17,1 mm x 6,1 mm to make it fit easily. Put the bearing between mounting plate and bearing shield. Connect both parts with 4 pieces M4x12 screws (plus 8 washers and 4 nuts) Connect the wheel with a M6x20 countersunk screw followed by the wheel, 3 pieces of M6 washers (outer diameter 12 mm, thickness 1,6 mm), than put it through the bearing followed by a top M6 washer (thickness 1,6 mm) and a M6 nut. Now everything should fit and can be mounted on the mower, using the original screws.
