Garden Walk Bridge
pinshape
I created this miniature bridge as part of my outdoor landscaping design, spanning across a 50-gallon pond in my front yard alongside a full-scale lighthouse. The bridge measures approximately 29" long, 4.5" high, and 4.5" wide, making it a perfect addition to any garden or yard. I designed the bridge to be printed in 19 parts and assembled in a specific order to fit on my WANHAO Duplicator i3 3D printer. To light up the bridge at night, I added six 12-volt LED strips inside the railings, which consist of four pieces: left outer, left inner, right inner, and right outer. You will need to print two of each railing piece. The walkway is made up of five parts: three Slat Panel 1 pieces and two Slat Panel HALF pieces. To assemble the bridge, you will need #6-32 x 1/2" screws to attach the railings to the walkway pieces and to each other using the Upper Joiner parts. You can also include the LED strip sleeve part for a decorative touch. For an extra special effect, you can print these with clear filament, insert a short LED strip piece (3 LEDs), and wire it to 12 volts to illuminate the bridge. The LED strips mount to the top of any of the large railing posts, adding a beautiful glow to your miniature bridge.
