<p>The handles on my old Arrow steel garden shed split and came off the shed. I designed these replacement handles based on the originals. I added some reinforcement.</p><p>Optimal print orientation is vertical, but requires brim and recommend supports. </p><h4><strong>Print settings</strong>: </h4><ul><li><strong>PETG</strong></li><li><strong>Layer heigh</strong>t 0.2mm</li><li><strong>Infill </strong>10%</li><li><strong>Vertical perimeters</strong>: 4</li><li><strong>Top solid layers</strong>: 4</li><li><strong>Brim </strong>5mm</li><li><strong>Snug supports,</strong> 0.25mm, support on build plate only</li></ul><p>Note use of supports here is more to prevent the handle from detaching from plate. 45 degree angle should be fine without supports, otherwise. </p><p>Alternatively, orient the shed handles with the narrow back on the build plate, but this will not be as strong.</p>
