A drain for a raised wooden box for growing vegetables. The cedar box is lined with home construction plastic vapor barrier so that the continuous moisture does not rot and stain the wood. The print has a screen to reduce drain clogging. ABS Vase print but only the threads are vase printed. Silicone O-ring diameter is 24mm and cross section is 2.4mm, not critical I just had a bunch. Slicing: paving width 0.9mm, layer height 0.15mm, bottom o ring structure is solid (about 20 layers thick before transition to vase printing of the threads), concentric top layer, use some but very little part cooling air (with no air the threads will not work and with lots of air the vase layers will have no strength), printed on a glass bed at 110C with an enclosure temperature of 50C. Designed in Fusion 360 and printed on a modified CR10S pro with duet2 wifi electronics. The enclosure is made from a clear folded up 4'x8' corrugated plastic sheet from a DIY home building store with packaging tape used to seal the seams.
