This 3D Garden Kiosk and Outdoor Pavilion model, with PBR materials and UV-unwrapped textures, is my top collection item. Made in Blender 3D (Cycles) and 3D Studio MAX 2012 (V-Ray), it's exportable to various formats and rendered using Cycles in Blender 2.77. Customized versions or different models can be requested through my CGTrader profile page, and I offer assistance with purchased assets. Formats included are 3DS, FBX, OBJ, uasset (Unreal 4), and unitypackage (Unity 5). The model has non-overlapping UV layout map provided in png format. PBR colours and image textures are given for each material with channels of Base Color, Metallic, Roughness, Normals, and Ambient Occlusion. The object is scaled uniformly with real-world dimensions of 7m height and 6x6m diameter. Textures are stripped in the 3DS MAX scene but HDR Environment Texture Image for rendering isn't included.
