I made this from scratch as a replacement lever for my garden hose splitter after it broke off. The measurements are pretty precise. I printed in 0.1 mm layer height for the detail, with supports just for the screw hole. If you have this part, you can probably tell it matches from the photos. Hope it helps you out!
