Garden Hose to 5/8 UNF Adapter

This adapter converts standard North American male garden-hose style threads to a unique 5/8" UNF 18TPI thread socket. An 11/16" o-ring fits neatly inside the socket. My boss' pressure washer, a Simoniz model, is clogged in an area that can't be opened or cleaned. With this adapter, I aim to connect a garden hose directly into the outlet of the partially disassembled valve, forcing the blockage back out. I'll need some luck on my side.
