Garden hose to 1/2" barb connector

The title clearly states its purpose. It is a connector for the male end of a garden hose, enabling attachment of 1/2" flexible tubing. After printing and testing, I found that stretching one end using boiling water works well. However, the female threads gave some trouble. I'm unsure if it's an issue with my printer or the model itself, as I sourced the threads from cawalke3. Please share your experience by leaving a comment or hitting "I Made One" button. An update: My printer isn't perfect, causing an oval shape sometimes due to backlash. But it wasn't this that caused the problem. It was my pump's unthreaded section that led to only one thread engaging. When tested on a regular garden hose, it worked fine. To avoid leaks, consider using a hose washer inside or plenty of plumber's tape.
