Garden Hose Roller Guide
thingiverse
A two-piece garden hose roller guide with a printed-in-place core is exactly what you need. Your printer should be finely tuned to achieve a snug friction fit between the spike and roller core, resulting in a smooth print. The 0.3mm gap between the rollers shouldn't cause any issues. To avoid unnecessary supports, focus on the pointed end of the spike. You won't need additional support if you follow these steps. When printing at a 0.2 layer height, use variable layers to print layers 56.6-62.0 at an increased height of 0.1mm. If you don't do this, you'll likely encounter problems in this area as the outer perimeter will be a complete overhang. A larger nozzle may also help, but I didn't try that approach. Alternatively, you could print the entire roller at 0.1mm. Let's see your creations!
