I designed a basic garden shower head and integrated a fast connector (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2370490). This setup works well with low water pressure. I created two versions of this design - one with 25 holes and another with 61 holes, each hole precisely 1mm in diameter. The number of holes can be adjusted based on your specific water pressure requirements. Additionally, the first layer of printing may necessitate drilling the holes slightly to achieve the desired performance.
