Garden Fairy House
thingiverse
I've had an old garden with apple trees dating back to the early 1900s. Unfortunately, one of these trees "passed away" several years ago, leaving behind a hollow trunk of wood...at some point, it needs to be removed but to breathe new life into it I got the idea to turn it into a fairy treehouse. With a four-year-old and a one-year-old girl, we can enjoy the magic of these small creatures that have made our garden home for years to come. The basic drawings for all the parts were created in Onshape - I focused on designing as many parts as possible from a single sketch. The design isn't meant for mass production, so it's not perfect in any way, but if you'd like to use it, feel free to fork it and modify it; it's available here: https://www.diygarageprojects.com
