This model was first built with Sketchup 8, then seamlessly transferred into all other 3D formats. Its original native format is .skp, while its 3ds Max scene boasts compatibility with 3ds Max 2016. Moreover, it's been rendered with Vray 3.00, producing stunning results. Afterward, the existing sloping lawn was expertly removed and replaced with a retaining wall and steps, perfectly suited to the landscape.
