This part is a substitute for a trash bag holder component from a well-known garden brand, typically featuring grey and/or orange items. The original piece likely fell into the trash and was discarded. To resolve this issue, I designed and printed a replacement clip that fits any 20mm diameter tube. For optimal performance, print it using ABS with an infill rate of 30-50% and a single shell before attaching it to your desired tube.
