The tiny one-car garage sat quietly on its own, a solitary structure at the back of the house, often overlooked and underappreciated by everyone who lived there. Its metal walls were a dull grey color, weathered from years of exposure to the elements, and the door was always slightly ajar, as if it was waiting for someone to come in and make use of its limited space. A rusty old bike leaned against one wall, its chain hanging loose, while a lawn mower sat in the corner, its blades covered in cobwebs. Despite its humble appearance, the garage was a place where dreams were made and broken, where tools were kept sharp and ready for whatever project came next.
