The mig welder model was crafted as part of a series of versatile workshop garage tools. Developed within Blender 2.80, the toolset employs the Subdivision modifier set to level 1 and bevel edge modifier to achieve its unique look. Key mesh statistics reveal an impressive 53,051 vertices, 105,872 triangles, and 52,674 faces for the base mesh at sublevel 1. In contrast, these figures swell to a remarkable 209,795 vertices, 419,348 triangles, and 209,670 faces after applying modifiers. The model's files can be seamlessly imported into various 3D software platforms using OBJ or FBX formats. Included are two texture packs: grunge and basic, offered in resolutions of 2K, 1K, and 512 KB within three distinct color schemes – red, blue, and yellow. Texture maps include basecolor, height, metallic, roughness, and normal mappings to create authentic surface reflections. Both the FBX and OBJ files are provided in two formats: one with the model's modifiers disabled, representing the base mesh, and another featuring the sublevel 1 version where modifiers have been applied. Notably, this asset remains unrigged and hasn't been optimized for real-time game environments although it has successfully tested within Unity.
