I really appreciate this fantastic, convenient model you shared with me, Walter!\r\n\r\nI've added the screw sockets, holes and engraving in Tinkercad: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/imjQSvoq28o-garage-esp-case.\r\n\r\nIt printed in PET (235 degrees, 70 degrees bed) but unfortunately warped. I fixed it to the garage door opener using double-sided tape for now.\r\n\r\nSomething to remember for the next case: a 0.5mm tolerance may be sufficient for parts that fit tightly together, but it resulted in the perfboard fitting too tightly - I'm not even sure how I'll get it out again. On the bright side, I didn't need any screws.\r\n\r\nI created this with Customizer https://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=384919 using the following settings:\r\n\r\ninteriorWidth = 52\r\ninteriorLength = 40.5\r\ninteriorHeight = 17\r\ninteriorFillet = 2.0\r\nhingeWidth = 10\r\ncoverThickness = 1.5\r\nsidewallWidth = 1.5\r\nlidInsetHeight = 4\r\nhingeThickness = 0.3\r\nhingeLengthScale = 1.4\r\nrimInset = 0.6\r\ntabSize = 1\r\nhingeFillet = 3\r\nlidInsetOffset = 0.0
