SummaryMy wife made a mistake by breaking the mount that secures the garage door sensor to the metal mounting post some time ago. Ever since then, it has been held on with tape and a zip tie. So, I decided to create a replacement myself by designing and printing one. I designed this in such a way that it could be printed without any supports and the mounting bracket part can be easily replaced or redesigned if needed. The mounting bracket is attached to the outer housing using glue.
