Garage door opener gear. No support material needed

I needed to swap out the gear on my garage door opener, so I searched Thingiverse and found a promising design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2870422/files created by alexcezil. It functioned well, but removing all the support material from the FDM printer was quite frustrating for me. Later, I stumbled upon another model on Thingiverse at this URL: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:695626, which didn't require supports during printing. However, I encountered a different issue - the leftover material between the cogs rubbed against the gear in my garage door opener and caused it to wear down. To resolve this problem, I designed a similar model based on tristech's design but with one key difference: there's no material left between the cogs.
