This product is compatible with thousands of Sears, Chamberlain, and Lift Master garage door openers. The original gear is likely made from Delrin plastic or nylon. Instructions are included in the PDF file. If STL files appear not to be at original scale, adjust the gear so that its teeth height measures 1/2 inch; the rest should align perfectly. A comment suggested increasing scale by 25.4%, but a re-done STL is believed to be accurate now. Before use, lubricate gear teeth and worm gear with Lubriplate (a cold temperature white lubricant).
