We picked up a new Rav4 and the first thing noticed was the visors are thick. So neither of our remotes would fit. We have a Genie Intellicode and and a older Stanley remote and nothing was found online or at the hardware store that would work. Looked though the existing ones on here and the original of this came closest to fitting our garage door opener. Only problem was it was backwards for ours and was still slightly tight. Design was flipped and the opening clip area enlarged slightly and the part that fits into the remote modified to fit ours. Then it was modified to fit the Stanley. Now both fit nice and snug on the visor.
