This collection offers seven diverse garages, all sharing the same floor plan but boasting different finishes. You can choose from residential or commercial uses for these garages, which measure approximately 2,200 square feet. Each garage comes with a highly detailed exterior model that includes doors and can be purchased individually. The exteriors are finished in white walls and ceilings. Modeled to scale at 50' x 44' x 16', the garages feature a wall height of 16' and a roof reaching 29'-6", with a garage door measuring 14'-4" high by 12' wide. The seventh garage in the set boasts a 3D siding with a black shingle roof, allowing you to alter both the siding color and roof color. The collection includes eight more garages with varying siding materials and roof colors, all of which can have their colors changed. These models were created using 3ds Max 2015 and rendered with Vray and HDRI lighting, although the HDRI file is not included. All objects are grouped for easy scene movement, and textures are provided in a zip file. Gutters and downspouts are also included in these models, making them ideal for infill scenes. Despite being low poly, please be aware that these models were created using 3ds Max and may not export properly to other software packages. Enjoy your new garage models!
