You can hang a tennis ball from a rope to create a makeshift brake or stopping point behind a moving vehicle. However, when the wind catches it, the tennis ball can easily fall and get stuck on the rope. To prevent this problem, you can drill a hole through the center of the tennis ball and then twist it onto the rope. This way, the tennis ball will stay securely in place and won't fall down.
