A 2,200 sq ft metal garage featuring a 3D blue corrugated horizontal panel and black standing seam roof; color customizable by altering the diffuse color slot. The structure is built on a concrete base to raise it above grade level and includes a coiling garage door. This versatile space can serve both residential and commercial purposes as a garage or warehouse, with detailed exterior modeling featuring corrugated metal panels, concrete, and metal roof. Inside, there's only white-finished walls and ceiling. The dimensions are 50' x 44' x 16' high walls, with a roof height of 29'-6", and a garage door measuring 14'-4" high by 12' wide. The model is created in 3ds Max 2015 using Vray rendering and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). It's set at the 0,0,0 axis with all objects grouped for easy scene movement. Textures are also included in the zip file, along with gutters and downspouts. This model is perfect for any infill scene, but note that exported formats haven't been tested with other software.
