A 2,200 sq ft garage, featuring a 3D blue corrugated vertical metal panel and black standing seam metal roof, is up for grabs. The color of the panels and roof can be customized by changing the diffuse color slot. This garage can serve both residential and commercial purposes as a warehouse. The exterior model showcases detailed doors and is made of concrete, corrugated metal panel, and metal roof. Inside, it features white wall finishes and ceilings. Measuring 50' x 44' x 16', with a garage door size of 14'-4" high x 12'-0" wide, the model was crafted in 3ds Max 2015 and rendered using Vray and HDRI lighting. The HDRI file is not included. It's set at the 0,0,0 axis, with all objects grouped for easy scene movement. Textures are included in the zip file, along with gutters and downspouts.
