You can modify the siding and roof color by changing the diffuse color slot to your desired hue. The structure can serve both residential and commercial purposes as a garage or warehouse. Featuring high-detail exterior modeling, it is constructed with 3D siding, concrete, and metal roof materials. Inside, you'll find white wall finishes and ceilings only. The dimensions of the building are 50' x 44' x 16'-0' for walls and 29'-6" to the top of the roof. The garage door measures 14'-4" high by 12'-0" wide. This model was created in 3ds Max 2015, rendered using Vray and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). It is set at the 0,0,0 axis, with all objects grouped for easy scene movement. Textures are included in the zip file, along with gutters and downspouts. Ideal for infill scenes, this model comes with a low-poly count.
