A 2,200 sq ft garage boasts a 3D blue siding exterior finish and black shingles, customizable to any color via changing the diffuse color slot. The structure can be used as residential or commercial. It features high-detail 3D siding, concrete, and shingle materials. Inside, there's a white wall finish and ceiling. Modeled at a scale of 50x44x16 ft with a 14.4x12 ft garage door, it was created using 3ds Max 2015, rendered via Vray with HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). Set to the 0,0,0 axis, all objects are grouped for easy scene movement, and textures are provided. Gutters and downspouts are also included, making it ideal for infill scenes. Although low poly, export formats might not work with other software since the model was done in 3ds Max. Happy modeling!
