A 2,200 sq ft garage featuring red siding exterior finish is available for both residential or commercial use. The garage boasts high detail exterior model including doors, crafted from materials such as siding and concrete. Inside, it features white wall finishes and a white ceiling. Measuring 50' x 44' x 16'-0' in height, with a garage door size of 14'-4 high x 12'-0" wide, the model was created using 3ds Max 2015 and rendered with Vray and HDRI lighting (HDRI not included). Positioned at 0,0,0 axis, all objects are grouped for easy scene movement. Textures are included in the zip file, along with gutters and downspouts. Ideal for infill scenes, this low-poly model has not been tested with other software besides 3ds Max. Happy modeling!
