Parameters that work well include Bottom Altitude adjustment, precise Filament Diameter measurement, optimizing Filament Packing Density, Retraction Distance fine-tuning, and Infill Begin Rotation. Document each print's parameters using paper tags for easy reference and compare modified profiles with default ones using 'diff -r'. Different filament colors may require individual printer profiles.
